Submissions Report No. 2 has now been lodged with DPHI. This report provides responses to issues raised by government agencies and community members during public exhibition of  the Amendment Report.

In addition, an Amended Traffic impact Assessment (TIA) and an Updated Biodiversity Development Assessment Report (BDAR) have been lodged with Submissions Report No. 2.  These documents address comments made by Transport for NSW and the Biodiversity Conservation Science Directorate (BCS) during exhibition of the Amendment Report.

The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) will now prepare a recommendation for the project.  The project may be referred to the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) for determination.
