The Response to Request for Information has now been lodged with DPHI. This is a response to requests for information by DPHI in relation to construction workforce accommodation, public road upgrades, soil erosion and visual impact. In addition, we prepared further revisions to the Biodiversity Development Assessment Report and the Traffic Impact Assessment to provide updated technical information in response to agency queries.

The updated information has been made available on the Major Projects Planning Portal as well as in the Downloads section of the Winterbourne website here.

Our responses to DPHI requests for information, together with information provided in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Amendment Report, and Submissions Reports 1 and 2 will now be assessed by DPHI, who will prepare a final evaluation report for the project.  The project may then be referred to the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) for determination in early 2026.
